She has been with Tchibo since 2013, focusing on communication related to sustainability topics. Before transitioning to the Tchibo Corporate Responsibility Team in 2024, she worked in coffee (brewing) marketing for several years. Her passion for coffee has long been established - both professionally and personally! As a Senior Sustainability Manager, Kim works to make our efforts and projects towards greater responsibility visible. This includes areas such as human rights, environmental and climate protection - across both coffee and non-food products, and in both internal and external communications.
