The programme: intense, varied, and forward-thinking

As an ambitious IT talent, you will quickly gain momentum! Because as a participant of our IT junior staff programme,only 18-24 months after graduating you will prepare for your first target position in our IT: on the job, in the form of six-month placements in various IT departments, and on various projects in the specialist departments. You will support our HR, Finance, Sales (online and stationary), Logistics, Product Management and Purchasing teams in implementing their IT projects. Naturally, you will get to know our unique business model on your journey, and receive support from a personal mentor on the IT management team. And that’s not all: an open-ended contract and an attractive salary are yours from the start.

As a IT junior staff member you should bring:

  • Successfully completed university degree with a focus on IT/business informatics, or business administration with a focus on IT

  • Internships or stints as a working student in the IT environment or at the interface between business and technology, if possible for more than 12 months

  • Experience abroad and fluency in English

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • A charismatic personality and natural self-confidence, without being pushy or ruthless

  • Strong customer focus

  • Excellent analytical, strategic and conceptual skills

  • An enjoyment of linking IT and business topics
